Return & Refund

At Zippiro, we're committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed. If you would like to request cancel, replacement or refund for any reasons, please contact us at support@zippiro.com and following our guide. We will accept returns and/or replacement within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable requirements listed below.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 business day, provided your order has not already been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@zippiro.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your contact details
  • The reason for the cancellation

Our customer service team will review your request and inform you of the status of your order. If your order is not processed/shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

 Eligibility for a Refund/Replacement

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

  • You have 30 days from the day you received your item to request a replacement or refund.
  • The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • Please include any accessories, tags, or labels that came with the returned items.
  • The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team first.
  • The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
  • The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.
  •  Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
  • The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return/Replacement

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zippiro.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and where to send it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We guarantee to offer you a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • The product itself is flawed or damaged.
  • You received a different size/color/printing content from what you ordered.
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.

Please note that we won't undertake the responsibility if your ordered size doesn't fit you. So check our size chart carefully before you place the order.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.

When Can You Receive a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
